Delete your Nodal account

You can delete your Nodal account and everything attached to it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

From inside the app

Open Nodal and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Tap again to confirm. The button relabels itself first, so a single tap never deletes anything.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email nixotica@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Nodal account. We use the sending address to identify the account, so the request has to come from that address. Requests are actioned within 30 days and normally much sooner.

What is deleted

Every record of your puzzle progress — attempts, solutions, completions and streaks
Every sign-in identity linked to the account
Your Escalation scores, including any leaderboard entries
The account record itself

All of it is removed at once. Nothing is retained afterwards, and there is no grace period during which it could be restored.

What is not ours to delete

If you bought Remove ads, the record of that purchase is held by Google Play, not by us, and is governed by Google’s privacy policy. Deleting your Nodal account does not cancel or refund a purchase, and it does not remove Google’s record of it.

Your entitlement to an ad-free app lives with your Google Play account rather than your Nodal account, so it survives deleting your Nodal account, reinstalling the app, or moving to a new phone.

Playing without an account

Signing in is optional. The tutorial, the puzzle editor, Escalation mode and any daily puzzle already downloaded all work signed out. If you never sign in, no account is created and nothing about you is stored on our servers.
